By participating in or using PIC-A-BOOTH services, including photo booths, 360 booths, audio guestbooks, photography stations, video experiences, and related services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

CONSENT TO CAPTURE

You voluntarily consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured through photographs, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, audio recordings, and other media.

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL USE

You grant PIC-A-BOOTH, its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, modify, and create derivative works from such media for lawful business purposes, including:

By participating in the event and using PIC-A-BOOTH services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this release.
