REFUND POLICY
REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY
Thank you for choosing PIC-A-BOOTH for your event.
To reserve your event date and secure our services, a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. No date will be held until the retainer and signed agreement have been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event date. Failure to submit the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services, forfeiture of all payments made, and release of the reserved event date without further obligation by PIC-A-BOOTH.
All payments made to PIC-A-BOOTH are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, PIC-A-BOOTH reserves the event date, declines other potential bookings, allocates resources, and incurs administrative and preparation costs on behalf of the client.
CLIENT CANCELLATION
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, all payments made, including the retainer and any subsequent payments, shall be retained by PIC-A-BOOTH as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
RESCHEDULING
Requests to reschedule an event must be submitted in writing. PIC-A-BOOTH may, at its sole discretion, apply previously paid amounts toward a new event date if:
• The request is made at least thirty (30) days before the original event date; and
• PIC-A-BOOTH is available on the requested new date.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
FORCE MAJEURE
PIC-A-BOOTH shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, venue restrictions, power outages, internet outages, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
CHARGEBACKS
The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services reserved under this agreement unless authorized by law. The Client acknowledges that the non-refundable retainer compensates PIC-A-BOOTH for reserving the event date and turning away other business opportunities.
By submitting payment and booking services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Payment Policy.
